Lighter, 10,000 RPM redline, stock 6 speed tranny. Not to mention due to the popularity of cafe racers these days, plenty of parts. The 750 is cool, but it's too heavy, which equals slower. I regularly blow by bigger (and supposedly faster) bikes in the canyons on my STOCK CB400F.
