#1 My condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so I have to use the stairs everyday. Most days this is fine as I dont mind stairs expect for when I do grocery shopping and I also purchase soda/beer/or other heavy items. Multiple trips up and down from my car to my home with heavy stuff is annoying as hell.
